Submit a device identifier to link a virtual system to a pending virtual Enrollment.

If it matches a known virtual Enrollment, the system will be paired to
that Enrollment and the Enrollment's status will be updated accordingly.
If the device identifier does not match a pending virtual Enrollment, matched will be false.
