The latest time at which this Thermostat is known to have been online, according to the vendor's system.

Note that this will never be newer than lastSyncedAt, which represents the last successful communication
with the vendor's system about this Thermostat, but may lag behind that time in cases where the vendor reports
the Thermostat as offline.

siteID

ID of an existing Virtual Site to which this Virtual Thermostat should be attached.

If not provided, a new Virtual Site will be created.
